The Hive - Breakfast and After School Club
At Castle Cary School we provide an After School club known as The Hive. This is open to all primary aged children from any school and all our supervisors are fully trained and experienced.
The senior supervisor, Tracey Higgins manages the After School Club.

After School Club
This runs from 3.20 until 6.00pm each school day evening. The children are picked up from their classes and taken to the Hive where they have a light tea. There is a variety of planned activities each week and free play opportunities. The programme is predominantly child-led with activities ranging from outdoor sports, forest school, craft, games and cooking.

Silver 'half hour' (3:20pm- 3:50pm) £2.50
Golden hour (3:20pm- 4:20pm) £4.50
Full session £7.00

The Hive sessions are booked in advance and we can take 24 children each night. Booking forms for each term are sent out via ParentMail and all bookings must be made by Friday at noon for the following week

Breakfast Club
The Hive Breakfast club currently runs on a Monday and Tuesday morning from 8:00am until 8:50am. Children are given breakfast which normally consists of cereal/ toast. Booking is made via ParentMail each term.
